Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershops are designed to put the guest experience at their centre, creating a complete destination for male grooming. Our environment combines the long-lost barbershop character with modern technology to ensure convenience and comfort for all our guests. Our waiting area and pre-service experience is designed to increase dwell times and promote interaction with our retail and Guest Service team.
For years men’s grooming was largely ignored, then Tommy Gun’s came along. We put men and their hair needs at the core of our business model. Not only was a good men’s salon service hard to come by, so were the right products. Tommy Gun’s has, and will continue to achieve, the highest status within the area of men’s grooming.
Since joining the Tommy Gun’s family back in February of 2019, Jesse and his business partner have continuously contributed to the growth and strength of our network. They have been dedicated and attentive owners who have succeeded by truly buying into our proven operational systems.
Justinus and Ankie purchased their first shop in Vernon, BC back in September of 2018. Right from the word go they have immersed themselves in the brand, embraced the support resources available and have seen that translate into incredible success. Recently, Justinus and Ankie moved to London, ON to continue to pursue their multi-unit ownership dreams with Tommy Gun’s.
Amanda’s journey with the Tommy Gun’s brand started when she joined our team as a barber at the Sumas Way location in Abbotsford, BC. Amanda then moved to the Okanagan and transferred to the Orchard Park Tommy Gun’s location in Kelowna, BC where she quickly became one of the best barbers in the system. Her hard work and dedication to the brand allowed her to grow quickly and she has now been able to invest in her very own barbershop.
Justin and Brittany officially joined Tommy Gun’s in July of 2018 and have immediately improved the network with their passion and dedication to excellence. Their focus on team culture, attention to the details, and use of the resources available have allowed them to grow steadily in St. John’s. Justin and Brittany are now looking to continue to build their TG empire by opening new shops in both Newfoundland and New Brunswick.
We talk about being the best and it’s not enough to just say it – we want to prove it. Each year our top barbers are invited to our annual TG Throwdown competition where they put their money where their mouth is. They get to showcase their talent through a series of head-to-head barber battles that test their full skill set. This is the biggest barber battle in Canada. One by one, the best in the business work their way to the top to be crowned the undisputed champion of men’s grooming!
Every year the Support Office hosts our TG Summit. All our Business Partners are invited to join us for three days of networking, educational seminars, training and updates from our Support Office team and strategic partners. This is an amazing opportunity for the full TG family to get together, share best practices and discuss how we can continue making Tommy Gun’s the best in the industry. We take this opportunity to celebrate everything we have accomplished together, while we look ahead to the incredible future.
