What an experience! Leo was welcoming and polite. Had great showmanship and took extreme care in ensuring I was happy with the outcome. I shared my upcoming event details and he made sure that I would look my best. Followed by a fantastic in chair head massage. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. If you get a chance, Leo is your guy! Deserves more than 5 stars for the experience.

Really enjoyed my visit with Tristen. Very solid all around. Also met the owner and she was very nice. Word to the wise, avoid Rose. She is a brutal haircutter. Take my advice and wait for someone else.

5 Stars – Incredible customer service and genuine community care!I’ve been bringing my family to Tommy Guns in Burlington for a while now, and I can’t say enough about the experience. I’ve always been extremely happy with their work, but what happened recently truly sets them apart.After taking my daughter in for a haircut, her experience was just so-so. Before I even thought much of it, Jen, the owner, reached out to me personally over the phone. She wanted to hear how things went and asked how she could make it right. That level of dedication and accountability is almost unheard of these days.Jen owns both Burlington locations, and her obsession with great customer service shows in everything she does. Knowing that she genuinely cares about every client—and is a local business owner providing great jobs in our community—is the reason my son, daughter, and I will always return.

Leo is by far the best barber I've had in my entire life. He is very talented and you can tell he loves his job and connecting with people.

I have been bringing my 3 year old to Leo since his first haircut and it’s perfect every time, and Leo is fantastic with him. The atmosphere is amazing, so much so that it makes our toddlers day when we say it’s time for a haircut. Also huge shoutout to the guy at the front desk yesterday as he was overly helpful and went out of his way with opening both the bathroom & front door for me with my stroller.

Awesome experience got exactly what I wanted and when I made a comment she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to give me the cut I've been trying to get from salons for years. I feel so much better and I can have fun with my hair again! Thanks again !!

Great place for a haircut the gentleman there even touched up my eyebrows a bit. It was pretty cool. I appreciated that.. But the vibe and atmosphere there is always pleasant. I’ll definitely be going back there again!

My hairdresser retired and after months of letting my hair grow, I decided to give Toomy Guns a try. The front counter lady introduced me to Sharifya, I explained what I wanted done, after a great shampoo, very relaxing, she cut my hair and I love the finished product, exactly what I asked for,she told me of a wonderful hair product which I also purchased.I have found my new hair stylist, thank-you,see you soon. ✌️

My hubby was in desperate need of a glow up so I brought him here and his stylist was Chris. Chris gave him a really nice haircut and also an eyebrow wax. My husband said he also liked the neck massage and all in all was an amazing experience my husband came out looking hot. 🔥🤣

We always come to Tommy Guns to get our boys’ hair cut and styled. We love going to Bryan. He always gives our boys the best cuts. He’s professional and fun and our kids love him. We find it easy to get in and out on busy weeknights and the place is so clean. The kids get treated to a cold drink and an arcade game when they are finished. What else could we ask for?
