Very welcoming environment. Was welcomed with a smile by the nice lady at the front desk. The online booking system was easy and quick to use, but not mandatory. My barber was Ronald. It had been a while since I’ve been to a barber so I was welcome to advice. Ronald listened to what I was going for and offered his recommendation for my hair type. He did a great job. Friendly, polite and great at his craft. Probably one of the best cuts I’ve received if I’m being honest. Even took the time to tell me how to style it. The experience never felt rushed, even on a busy Friday evening.When I booked the haircut, I didn’t choose a specific barber; so I am very pleased to say that my first time with a barber at Tommy Gun’s was a perfect experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend giving them a shot
