Special thanks to Malou — she is very skilled and did an amazing job cutting my hair exactly how I wanted. I’m very happy with the result. Malou provided an exceptional level of service, care and professionalism. She exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to getting a haircut at a barbershop by going above and beyond of what I asked for. I would have been happy with Malou just paying a close attention to my preference and executing with 100% accuracy on it, which she did, but she brought true value by putting an extra effort and going an extra distance in even small and simple tasks. The way she braided my hair at the end just made my heart melt. Malou is awesome and amazing, as a person and at what she does . It is people like her who elevate any business to next level. I hope this feedback makes a strong and persuasive case for giving Malou a raise!
