⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience at Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop! The service was excellent, and the whole experience was even better than I expected. I really appreciated the complimentary hair wash and the free drink, with a choice of pop or another drink. It was a nice touch that made the visit feel extra special.The barber who cut my hair was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Had a really great experience here! The front staff were super friendly and quickly confirmed my appointment, which I booked through the app. The app itself is really easy to use, too.I had Jesse as my barber and he did an awesome job. He took his time, paid attention to the details, and even made sure to wash and clean me up afterward so I didn’t walk out with hair all over my face. I really appreciated that extra effort.You can also tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the shop and really cares about keeping everything clean, organized, and tip-top. The whole place has a great vibe, and I especially liked the mirrors with TVs built right into them. It definitely makes the haircut fly by!Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great haircut, a good atmosphere, and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Got the Tommy Shelby package. Relaxing wash with a good cut and shave. Had a couple beverages while I waited. There was only one brand of curl cream available at the time but other than that, no issues at all.

If I could give 10 stars I would! After searching for 3 years searching for a new barber today I walked into Tommy guns this morning as a walk in. I was instantly greater by all staff. The atmosphere was perfect and the shops set up was amazing. Aside from having the best prices around the service was next level. They took the time to listen to want l wanted. After explaining it they took the time to go over how they will do the cut and during the process keeper checking in. I got the perfect cut. I’m very particular about my Moustache. Once again meet every expectation he gave me his honest and professional opinion and I have to say out amazing. He told me about the products he issues and went into detail about how they work. Upon check out I was given a Complementary beverage. Needless to say i have found my new barber and I’m excited to keep going back. Thank you to everyone at Tommy guns !!!!

The vibe, the people, the service and the free pop made me wish the exact store was around the province! Especially Neisha! She was great, very respectful and kind and a wonderful barber! I would highly recommend, and it goes to show how wonderful they are especially since I’m a person who doesn’t like writing long texts! They are that good

Sharing review for my Son, he has always been a huge Thomas Shelby fan and he saw that the Tommy Gun location just opened up on Glendale in St.Catherines. He had THE BEST experience ever!! Tristin was so awesome and gave him the Thomas Shelby package treatment, and it was extremely reasonable.The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer. You wont regret giving them a try.

Walked in the shop on a Saturday afternoon, 45 minutes before closing, and I asked if they were able to take me in. Instead of saying no, the team at the desk was very professional and made the effort to see what they can do. I was linked up with Leul and after he was done with another client he made me feel welcomed before leading me to the chair.I got the best cut that I've ever had and hands down, Leul knows his skilled craft. It was such a friendly and unexpected experience. I took my nephew for his first barbershop haircut and the lady who cut his hair was so kind. He usually says no for a haircut but got right into her chair with no issue. He even got to pick a show on the tv which is built into the mirror. And it was also the grand opening and there was lots going on and prizes and he won a Nintendo Switch 2 with a game. That’s over 700$. I couldn’t believe and he also couldn’t. He was not looking forward to going back to school but this definitely helped getting this awesome haircut at Tommy Guns. He already talking about going back for when it grows. Thank you for making his day/ first barbershop experience one he will NEVER forget.
