The girls here are top notchAbsolutely the best in business. I’ve been to a number of Tommy Gunns locations and I can say with the utmost certainty DO NOT EVER WASTE MONEY OR TIME In th st.albert location the unprofessionalism of the manager and a few of the barbers if you wanna call them that is disgustingly and ridiculous. The expectation of a tip along with not willing to fix an area they messed up is ludicrous when it’s my money and my hair.The MANNING LOCATION was phenomenal these ladies have the utmost respect for their clients they keep it professional and friendly. They listen to their clients needs and accept if something is asked to do they actually do it and insist on a client leaving fully confident they paid for there service and were treated with above standards service and got what they actually paid for!!This manager at this location is incredibly personable and has a crew that’s untouched and unmatched in skill and professionalism. In all my 30 yrs of getting hair cuts from different barbers and shops and chains I’ve never been this impressed or happy to return and pay the amount they chargeThank you ladies for your unwavering unmatched ability to serve your clients and keep it so professional and friendly

As always Zara gave me the best beard trim and haircut. If you are going for a beard trim at this location make sure you see Zara or Amanda! I barely let anyone touch my beard and I trust those two ladies!

I brought my child with asd here for a trim just try somewhere new, it is so hard to find the right person to cut her hair. I cannot remember the womans name who cut her hair but she was super friendly and patient with my daugther and did a pretty good job considering my daughter couldn't sit still and kept constantly moving her head. I would go back just for the experience. They also had very comfortable seating and TV area and offered drinks which was nice. I'd go back just for the experience.

I took my recently 3 year old autistic son for his first hair cut. I booked online with Jessica. The shop was neat, clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles and only waited a few minutes even though we were 8 minutes late. Jessica was warm and accommodating. She demonstrated care and patience, knowing toddlers can be tricky. We didn’t feel rushed, or an inconvenience to her. She truly cares and it showed. I’ll be booking her for every haircut in our household until she moves out of town. Thank you Jessica.

It was my first time at this location and previously I hadnt had the best experience at other locations. When I arrived I was quickly assigned a barber and she made sure the entire time I was comfortable and that I was enjoying the cut she was doing and that I was receiving what I came in for. I will definitely be returning to manning town center because of Jenelyn and would recommend anyone to go see her for a quick and clean cut

The professionalism and expertise of these ladies aid by far the best in class across the Tommy Gunn franchise I’ve ever experienced.From the management to a friendly reception right when you walk in a warm greeting and an awesome experience all aroundThese ladies know there stuff they are knowledgeable professional and well educated!The scalp massage and eyebrow trim are always a nice touch ☺️To be honest the st.albert location was sooo horrific and unprofessional it almost ruined my patronage to Tommy Gunn but the ladies at the manning location especially management and all the staff 100 percent saved it without even knowing itThese girls deserve high praise and acknowledgement across the board from all avenues and sources as they truly are best in class and I’ve been everywhere from fort mac to Saskatoon, red deer, calgary, and EdmontonThe Manning’s location steps it up keeps it friendly professional and warm / welcomingI highly recommend a visit if you never have they even took care of my ten yr old and he loves it there

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Tommy Gun’s Tamarack & Fort Road/Manning LocationsI only visit the Tamarack and Fort Road/Manning Tommy Gun’s locations in Edmonton because they consistently provide excellent service and a great experience for my family.Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at another location where we were treated unfairly and lost four free haircut cards. That was disappointing, but Tamarack and Fort Road/Manning have always been reliable, professional, and customer-focused.Highly recommend these two locations if you want quality service and a positive atmosphere!
