Both of my twin sons, got their hair cut today. I showed the same picture to both stylists. Unfortunately, one of my boys stylist barely looked at the photo, and his haircut didn’t turn out like the picture at all—the top was cut much shorter than expected. On the other hand, my other boys haircut turned out exactly like the picture and looked amazing. Marsha was his stylist, and she was wonderful.When we mentioned that my other son was upset about his cut, Marsha immediately offered to fix it. She did an excellent job, and he was much happier afterwards. Marsha and the front desk staff were so understanding, kind, and professional throughout the whole experience. We truly appreciated the way they handled everything.

Our barber Laurie (Lori?) was so incredibly patient and gentle with our 4 year old. He has not had many professional haircuts and he was quite nervous. She did an absolutely phenomenal job showing him every tool and bring so kind. I was blown away

I really like the friendly staff, the hair wash, and hot towel experience. It makes getting a hair cut less of a chore and more of a treat.

Staff were very accommodating for my son’s first hair cut. It was accomplished quickly and with minimal tears. Mom and Dad were very nervous to cut off all his curls but staff captured an envelope of hair and assured us he was a pleasant patron. Dad got his hair cut after. And as always, received a great cut and friendly service.
