How do you use it?

1. Shampoo: Distribute evenly over damp hair, lather, then rinse. Repeat if necessary. For more intense results, leave in for a few minutes before rinsing.
2. Conditioner: Apply after cleansing to clean, damp hair, leave in for a few minutes, then rinse.
